Accessibility Statement
In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails / Vastuolude korral kehtib eestikeelne versioon.
1. Our goal
We want ehtekunst.ee to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability and technology. The target level is WCAG 2.1 AA.
2. Current status (self-assessment)
The platform has undergone an internal review. Implemented, among others: semantic HTML and landmarks; mandatory alt text on every image; keyboard-operable navigation, menu and gallery lightbox; language marking (lang); sufficient colour contrast in the design system.
3. Known gaps (an honest list)
- An independent audit (e.g. a full screen-reader pass) has not yet been done; planned before wider launch.
- Some third-party uploaded content (e.g. older PDFs) may not be fully accessible.
- Running automated tests (Lighthouse/pa11y) in full on staging is a planned step.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to info@ehtekunst.ee. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where needed, provide content in an accessible form.
5. Last review
