Acceptable Use Policy
In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails / Vastuolude korral kehtib eestikeelne versioon.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what is permitted and prohibited on ehtekunst.ee. It supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
- unlawful content or activity;
- infringement of third-party intellectual property rights;
- harassment, incitement of hatred, spam;
- misrepresenting authorship or the provenance of a work;
- misleading pricing;
- offering counterfeits;
- circumventing the platform's intermediation — an artist who has enabled direct purchase is prohibited from contacting a buyer via an inquiry and then completing the sale off-platform to avoid the gallery markup.
3. Consequences
For a breach we may apply: a warning, suspension or termination of the account, removal of content. For serious or repeated breaches we may notify the competent authority.
4. Reporting
Report a breach by e-mail to info@ehtekunst.ee or via the platform's correction/report form. We review reports within a reasonable time.
